FAQ

Quick Answers

Do I need to buy a ticket in advance?

Most of our evening events require an RSVP via email due to our limited seating capacity. While some events are free, others may require a small ticket fee which can often be redeemed against a book purchase on the night. Please check the specific event details.

How does the book club work?

Our book club is free to join and open to all readers. We simply ask that you read the chosen title beforehand—ideally purchased from our shelves—so you can participate in the discussion without spoilers. Just turn up, grab a coffee, and pull up a chair.

Is the shop accessible for evening events?

Yes, our ground floor is fully accessible for wheelchair users. If you have specific accessibility requirements for an upcoming event, please drop us an hello@marginsbooks.co.uk and we will ensure suitable seating is reserved for you.
